Policy dialogues aim to increase the uptake of evidence in policy making and to also promote stakeholder and public engagement in the process. High priority policy issues in line with the partners strategic plan including national strategies are collaboratively identified and ZeipNet implements these policy dialogues where relevant stakeholders and members of the public will be invited to make deliberations. Expert advice, policy options and recommendations are then be captured and documented. ZeipNET also follows up on issues raised during these dialogues through its 'Dialogue to Action' programme. This programme serves as a point of contact and encourages exchange of views between the Government and other important non-state players like the private sector, civic society organisations, the media, academia, thinktanks and research institutes including bilateral and multilateral organisations.
